FBO OPERATIONS · AMS SPHERE

Fixed Base Operators

Deliver a considered experience from arrival to departure, while keeping teams, services, aircraft and customer context in one connected workflow.

Discuss your FBO workflow

Keep the service personal. Keep the operation connected.

An FBO experience depends on more than the moment a passenger arrives. Customer requests, aircraft information, handling services and team assignments need to stay connected as the operation progresses. AMS Sphere brings that context into a shared workspace: commercial teams can maintain customer and quotation records, while operational teams coordinate the services, checklists and providers needed to deliver the visit.

From customer context to service delivery.

One customer context

Keep customers, contacts, quotations and your service catalogue connected to operational delivery. Give teams the context behind the request, not just another isolated task.

Coordinated handling

Manage the handling operation from creation to completion, with aircraft details, assigned teams, services, checklists and external providers in context.

Accountable passenger assistance

Track assistance requests, team assignments, status and supporting records alongside the backoffice and mobile operational workflows.

A connected workflow for each visit.

  1. Prepare the request

Bring customer and contact information together with the requested services. Use the service catalogue and quotation workflow to establish the commercial context.

  2. Coordinate the operation

Create the handling operation, maintain aircraft and airport information, and assign teams, checklists and providers. Follow service status as work progresses.

  3. Keep the record

Retain the operational and assistance records for reporting and follow-up. Where an ERP connection is configured, selected customer, article and invoice-draft workflows can continue in OfficeGest.

Questions from FBO teams.

Can we use our own services and handling workflows?

AMS Sphere supports configurable services, statuses, checklists and operational workflows. A demonstration can focus on how those elements map to your FBO’s way of working.

Can passenger assistance teams work away from the desk?

AMS Sphere supports mobile operational workflows alongside the backoffice, with assistance requests, assignments and supporting records.

Does this replace our accounting system?

No. AMS Sphere connects commercial and operational work. The OfficeGest integration is available on request for selected reference-data and invoice-draft workflows; it is not a promise to replace your ERP or accounting processes.
