AIRPORT SERVICE PROVIDERS · AMS SPHERE

Airport Service Providers

Connect the people, assets and operational information behind every service - without loosing scope of your operation.

Discuss your airport services

Connect service delivery to the people and assets behind it.

Airport service providers need to coordinate work while keeping customer requirements, team activity and supporting records in view. Separate commercial, operational and reporting tools can make that context difficult to follow. AMS Sphere brings service and customer records together with operational workflows, fleet information, documents and reporting. The relevant modules and connections can be discussed around the services your organisation actually delivers.

A shared operational record for your services.

Customer and service context

Maintain customers, contacts, quotations and services together, so operational delivery stays connected to the commercial relationship.

People and supporting knowledge

Coordinate operational assignments and keep controlled documents, access permissions and employee training evidence available to support the work.

Assets and operational insight

Keep fleet records, connected telemetry and alerts alongside reporting, dashboards and structured audits. Use configured integrations for the data exchanges you need.

Build the workflow around the service.

  1. Establish the service context

Maintain the customer, contacts and service catalogue. Use quotations to record the commercial context before coordinating delivery.

  2. Coordinate the people and work

Use the relevant operational workflow to assign teams, services and checklists. Keep supporting documentation and records connected to delivery.

  3. Report and connect downstream

Review activity through dashboards and reports. Where configured, use scheduled exports or selected ERP reference-data and invoice-draft workflows rather than treating each system as an isolated record.

Questions from service providers.

Is AMS Sphere only for FBOs?

No. The platform’s documented scope also includes ground handlers and airport service providers, with operational, commercial, fleet, document and reporting workflows. The fit should be assessed against the services you provide.

Can we connect our existing systems?

Documented connections include Teltonika and Verizon for fleet data, Sesame for report exports, and ERP's selected workflows. Other requirements need to be reviewed; a connection to any arbitrary system is not assumed.

Does the platform guarantee regulatory compliance?

No software configuration alone guarantees compliance. AMS Sphere provides controlled documentation, training evidence, structured audits and reporting to support your processes. Your organisation remains responsible for its requirements and approvals.
