GROUND HANDLING · AMS SPHERE

Ground handling companies

Coordinate high-volume operations with clearer handoffs, real-time operational visibility and workflows that reflect the way your teams actually work.

Discuss your handling operation

Give every team the context behind the turnaround.

Handling work crosses teams, services and providers. A change in operational status matters only if the people responsible can see it alongside the aircraft, service and task information they need. AMS Sphere connects handling operations, assignments and checklists with fleet records, controlled documentation and reporting. The aim is a common operational picture, from the backoffice to the teams carrying out the work.

Connect the work, the assets and the record.

Handling in one workspace

Follow operations from creation through completion. Keep aircraft, airport, service status, team assignments and external providers together.

Ground fleet visibility

Maintain asset records and view location, telemetry and fleet status through configured provider connections. Available data depends on the connected provider and equipment.

Documentation that supports delivery

Manage controlled documents, approvals, access and employee training evidence. Use operational reporting and audit records to review the work.

From planning the work to reviewing delivery.

  1. Set up the operation

Create the handling record with aircraft, airport and service information. Configure statuses and checklists around the work your teams perform.

  2. Assign and follow progress

Coordinate teams and external providers, track operational status and consult the connected fleet information relevant to resource decisions.

  3. Review the operational record

Use reports, dashboards and structured audits to examine activity. Share information through report templates, exports and configured schedules.

Questions from handling teams.

Do we need to adopt a fixed handling process?

No. AMS Sphere is designed around configurable statuses, services, checklists and operational workflows. The appropriate configuration depends on your organisation’s requirements.

Where does the fleet telemetry come from?

AMS Sphere’s documented integrations include Teltonika and Verizon Connect Reveal. Location and telemetry rely on configured devices or provider connections; they are not available automatically for every asset.

Can reporting reflect how our organisation works?

Report templates, datasets and dashboards support organisation-specific reporting. Audit types, questions, conditions and risk matrices can also be configured. These tools support review; they do not by themselves certify compliance.
